These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SkyRoute VPN ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be legally permitted to use VPN services in your country or region and must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You are responsible for determining whether use of the App is lawful where you are located.
SkyRoute VPN provides VPN tunneling and related connectivity features on supported Android devices. The App routes your device traffic through configured proxy endpoints to help you connect to servers in different regions. Service availability, speed, and server selection may vary based on network conditions, device compatibility, and infrastructure performance.

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data transmitted while connected through the App.
SkyRoute VPN requires Android VPN authorization and uses permissions necessary to operate a foreground VPN service and display connection notifications, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke permissions or VPN consent at any time through your device settings; doing so may limit or disable App functionality.
The App may display third-party advertisements when this feature is enabled. Ad delivery is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant advertising partners. See our Privacy Policy for additional information.
SkyRoute VPN may rely on third-party infrastructure, SDKs, network providers, or proxy endpoints to deliver the service. We do not control third-party systems and are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms.
The App and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyRoute VPN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or if continued provision of the service is impractical. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may modify App features, server availability, or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available in the App or through our official channels. Your continued use of SkyRoute VPN after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information related to the service. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction and that cannot be waived by agreement.
